Every student should register with student ID card and passport. Pay all fees on schedule.Those who fail to register within two weeks after the confirmed date without having asked for a leave will have deem to withdraw school voluntarily.

Report to the on-duty teacher before getting out of Haikou city and report when returning(by message/Wechat/Email).
Write an application with time to the on-duty teacher if getting out of Hainan Island(by Email).
Going to the beach for swimming is especially forbidden because of the dangerous waves in the sea.

When you return to Haikou from abroad or other cities in China, you must register in Local Police Station within 24 hours(The residence area police station, students live in dorm should do it in Chengxi police station).Otherwise you will get the warning for the first time, you will be punished for 500 yuan per day for the second time, and you will be sent to the police station for the third time.
Students should live on campus for the first year. Those who want to live off the campus after the first year should get the parents’ permission(the application with your parent’s signature) and through necessary procedures, providing the contract, the room owner’s information and registering the new address in theresidence area police station.
The responsibility for all consequences caused by violating those mentioned above will be taken by students themselves.
