Dear students:

To save your time and also make the rechecking process more efficient, please follow the procedures to recheck your marks for the subjects in the last semester.

1. Download and check the relevant mark sheets from theNotice Boardat/webapps/sole/on the website as shown below.

2. Check your marks for each subject.

3. If rechecking is needed, please complete the form “Application for Rechecking Marks”.

4.Submit the completed form to the Class Rep./ Monitor.

5.The Class Rep./ Monitor should put the forms into different categories according to the course title and submit in the Student Affair OfficeBEFORE11:00am on 11^thSeptember.

6. All the forms will be collected and distributed to the relevant teachers in different subjects on 11^thSeptember.

7. Check the Notice Board on the website on 15^thSeptember and get to know when and where the teachers are available for rechecking your marks.

8. Check the notice on the website on 17^thSeptember and get to know the final name list for the make-up exams.

8. The make-up exams for all the subjects will be arranged from 22^nd– 30^thSeptember. And the time and venue will be noticed once done on the website.
