Notice on the Summer Vacation of 2015

●Duration of the summer vacation: July 20, 2015—August 28, 2015
●Date for registration: August 28 & 29, 2015 (9:00- 11:00; 15:00 - 17:00)
In the Office of SIE (Room 118)
●Date for class commence day: August 31, 2015
Students should register with student ID card, passport and passport copy(application for visa mode). Pay all fees on schedule. Those who fail to register within two weeks after the confirmed date without having asked for a leave will be deemed to withdraw school voluntarily.
●Student who haven’t received any Email from office please provide your NAME and ROLL No. to office by E-mail 2951877509@qq.com (Your marks will send by E-mail)
●Office will post the notice and information(including the timetable and academic calenders) in the homepage of SIE during the vacation: /webapps/gjxy/, please check it regularly, we will not inform it individually.
●The deadline for rechecking application: 11:40am, 9th Sep, 2015. No service for late comers. (Students need to download the rechecking form from the homepage of SIE, no hard copy from office.) Download link:/webapps/sole/download/20140828/19879.html
●As the summer vacation is around, firstly we hope sincerely everyone will have a happy and relaxed holiday, with the precondition of well-arrangement of your life and striking a balance between study and amusement. Besides those, students decided to remain at university are required to do the followings:
- Report to the on-duty teacher before leaving Haikou city and report when returning(by message/Wechat/Email).
- Swimming in the beach is especially forbidden.
- Keeping your communication expedite in case of emergency. When necessary, Call the following phone numbers:

- When you return to Haikou from abroad, you must register in Local Police Station within 24 hours(The residence area police station, students live in school dorm should do it in Chengxi police station). Otherwise you will get the warning for the first time(if more than 3 days, 50 yuan for fine), you will be punished for 500 yuan per day for the second time, and you will be sent to the police station for the third time. Your name will be in the black list for visa extension.
- Students should live on campus for the first year. Those who want to live off the campus after the first year should get the parents’ permission(the application with your parent’s signature) and through necessary procedures, providing the contract, the room owner’s information and registering the new address in theresidence area police station.
- Student should submit the off-campus accommodation application to Mr Anderson, so the deadline is June 30, 2015.( application is acceptable only for once within one year)
- The responsibility for all consequences caused by violating those mentioned above will be taken by students themselves.
