李孔宁简历

个人简介

李孔宁三级教授、博士生导师、海南省拔尖人才、海南医学院生物信息学专业负责人、热带转化医学教育部重点实验室学术骨干、海南省首批100个人才团队(热带疾病组学大数据创新研究团队)核心成员。 

目前研究方向是复杂疾病多组学数据及生物标志物研究,从事编码RNA和非编码RNA分子的竞争或协同调控作用、多维组学数据整合分析、自噬相关RNA的数据挖掘及其在癌症中的调控作用、生物信息学数据库的构建、生物学网络拓扑分析和癌症分子诊断等方面研究工作。

从事生物信息学、计算机软硬件、仪器仪表、显示驱动与控制等研究30多年。曾留学日本、加拿大10年,并在AMD、ATI等国际知名高科技公司担任高级工程师和项目负责人。主持了国家自然科学基金、省重大科技计划(子课题)、省重点研发、省高层次人才等项目。有10多项科技创新获得了多个国家或地区的专利授权,发表科研论文50多篇。国内第一个“带有无线数传功能的电子钻井参数监控仪表与系统”成果获得国家火炬计划立项推广,多项专利被AMD公司、IGNIS(加拿大)创新技术公司推广应用。出国前曾任中国医学物理学会理事、黑龙江省电子学会理事,现任黑龙江省生物信息学会理事、海南省免疫学会肿瘤免疫专业委员会副主任委员、海南医学院学术委员会委员。
