魏传安,海南省南海名家、海南省领军人才。博士毕业于上海师范大学，从事组合数学的研究多年，主持国家自然科学基金3项，在Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A, Advances in Applied Mathematics, Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society 等杂志发表论文40余篇。
