Our hospital organizes overseas students to go to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College for medical internship

In order to help international students deepen their understanding of medical Chinese and improve their ability of using medical Chinese, 96 international students from two classes of 17 autumn and 18 all English International classes were organized to go to respiratory department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College for medical internship on the afternoon of September 24, 26 and 27, respectively.

The guiding doctors of this activity are Yang Yefeng and Wang Yujie, doctors of respiratory medicine. The internship activity is mainly aimed at several in-patients with pneumonia and bronchiectasis for consultation, including medical record explanation, condition analysis, patient consultation and condition discussion. Finally, the group representatives summarize the basic situation and condition of patients, and put forward their own suggestions.

This medical internship activity not only deepens the understanding of medical Chinese knowledge of foreign students, improves the expression level of medical Chinese spoken language, but also helps them to further understand the medical level of China's public hospitals, so that foreign students are more confident in learning medical knowledge in school and lay a solid foundation for becoming excellent doctors in the future.
