旷代 介绍

旷代(PhD),副研究员,海南医学院(海南省医学科学院)热带医学院临床病原生物学检验教研室暨国家卫生健康委热带病防治重点实验室成员,海南自由贸易港D类高层次人才(拔尖人才)。上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院呼吸与危重症医学科博士后,上海交通大学生命科学技术学院和美国马里兰大学营养与食品科学系联合培养博士。主要从事条件致病菌尤其是肺炎克雷伯菌、沙门氏菌和类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌的群体基因组学、耐药和传播机制以及致病机制等方向的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,作为主要参与人参与国家重点研发专项和国际合作项目多项;目前担任中国研究型医院学会微生物感染与转化专业委员会青年委员,Frontiers in Microbiology杂志Review Editor(编委成员),Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy和Foodborne Pathogens and Disease等多个SCI杂志审稿专家。
